This 13-session, court-approved program provides offenders with essential skills in anger management, stress reduction, conflict resolution, and self-regulation. Based on evidence-based cognitive-behavioral and neuroscience principles, it helps participants understand their triggers, take responsibility, and develop healthier behaviors.
Each participant creates a personalized "Brain Change Plan" to encourage lasting positive change and reduce the risk of reoffending. Topics include the impact of past actions, the effects of substance abuse, and techniques for building constructive relationships. Led by NAMA-certified instructors, the course concludes with a completion certificate, accepted in courts across the U.S.
